The desert has finally arrived at the Škoda Titan Desert Morocco🌵 Today’s stage was a true marathon experience: nearly 100 km with almost no elevation, across rocky tracks and dry lakes, leading into the marathon camp. No external support. No mechanics. No physios. Riders must rely only on what they’ve carried on their bikes—and face the night in the desert. Stage victories go to Luis León Sánchez and Tessa Kortekaas, who continues to lead the women’s classification. Luis Ángel Maté remains at the top of the general standings. But now, everything changes. Tomorrow is the queen stage of this edition. 118 km, 804 meters of elevation gain, and a difficulty rating of 5. The peloton heads into one of the most iconic regions of the race: Merzouga. Fast opening tracks will lead riders to the oued Gheris, followed by technical terrain, sandy sections, and demanding climbs before reaching the spectacular dunes of Erg Chebbi.
