FACO TIP#4: Se presenta un video corto de una cirugía de catarata. Al final de la misma, aparece oculto por el iris un fragmento de cortex. Se vuelve a introducir la pieza de Irrigación-Aspiración y se aspira. La enseñanza de éste tip, es que si no lo hubiésemos encontrado, la cirugía habría ido igual de bien, pero el paciente tendría molestias durante un tiempo y ni él ni probablemente nosotros sabríamos a qué se deben. FACO TIP # 4: A short video of a cataract surgery is presented. At the end of it, a cortex fragment appears hidden by the iris. The Irrigation-Aspiration piece is reintroduced and aspirated.
