Small Pupil

Small Pupil Se presenta cirugía de catarata en pupila pequeña, de 4mm. Se maneja haciendo stretching de iris utilizando un manipulador de núcleo “en botón “ y un gancho bifurcado de Jaffe-Bechert. En la facoemulsificación, el núcleo se luxa en 45º para que mantenga la poca dilatación pupilas en ésta fase. Se trabaja en plano de iris.
