One hand cataract cortex extraction

Se presenta técnica para extracción del córtex cristaliniano utilizando un sólo puerto de 1.8 mm. De éste modo evitamos perder cámara anterior por la incisión de ayuda y se mantiene mejor la estabilidad. A partir de ése punto, toda la cirugía se ha realizado con una sola mano por la incisión principal. Stellaris elite de B&L, Lente Clareon de Alcon Labs. A technique for extraction of the lens cortex using a single 1.8 mm port is presented. In this way we avoid losing the anterior chamber due to the support incision and stability is better maintained.
