Catarata con AutonoMe IOL (Alcon Labs®)

Se presenta una cirugía de catarata donde se implanta la lente con el sistema automático patentado por Alcon Labs “AutonoMe” en 2018 La lente implantada es Clareon® (Alcon Labs) acrílica hidrofóba glistening free con sistema de implantación automatizado y desechable (autonoMe®). La velocidad del inyector es constante siempre que apretemos la pestaña de carga, y cuando soltamos la pestaña, cesa el empuje del émbolo. La plataforma utilizada para realizar la Facoemulsificación es Estelares Elite® de Bausch & Lomb con bomba combinada de Venturi y Peristáltica.
